Woodrow W. Walker came onto my SciFi HQ site the other day letting everyone know about his new short story called "Starship Pegasus in Freefall". While I have not yet read it, I do plan on it as it is a short story and should not take much time to read (16 pages). Here is the description he gave for the book:

Starship Pegasus in Freefall is a Sci-fi story. Matt Hudson had dreamed of going on the first starship. He gets his wish but some wishes come with a high price tag. As the Pegasus leaves our solar system on a thousand year voyage that would seem like ten years to those on board with Matt at the helm he comes to know absolute loneliness.
